EDI has had a professional relationship with UPS since 1992 and has completed many projects for them during that time. Some of these include six 150,000 sf call centers, three major air distribution hubs, a major ground hub, UPS’ new “Innoplex” facility in Roswell, and the re-design of an R&D facility. For this project, EDI provided value-engineering studies and complete design of the following systems:

- Interactive information systems
- Loss prevention/security systems
- TV broadcast systems and
video-teleconferencing - Document imaging systems
- Campus master planning
