Many of our consultants maintain the following certifications that enable us to better serve our clients.

Professional Engineer (PE) – Mechanical, Electrical

Issued by Secretary of State agencies to license design competency for building systems such as electrical and mechanical. The license incorporates a minimum 4 years of related design experience and a bachelor of engineering degree. Engineers are registered on a state-by-state basis for a specific discipline.

Certified Technology Specialist – Design (CTS-D)

Issued by the International Communications Industries Association, also known as Infocomm. The “D” denotes a specialist in the area of audio-visual communications systems design. A broad certification, the CTS-D designer is knowledgeable in various types of AV solutions and applications.

Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD)

Issued by the Building Industry Consulting Services International (BICSI), an organization dedicated to improving the quality of technology infrastructure in buildings, particularly networking and telecommunications. The RCDD represents engineering skill specific to the design of specialized structured cabling systems for facilities.

Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM)

The CPSM is recognized as an individual who has met a rigorous standard of experience and expertise in marketing professional services for firms practicing in the built and natural environments.

Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)

The MCSE is an individual who has passed the rigorous certification exams demanded by Microsoft Corporation for attaining the certified systems engineer title.  This individual is an expert in all Microsoft operating systems, applications, and productivity software.

Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)

A step above the CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), CCNP’s have passed numerous exams designed to test their mettle at configuring and troubleshooting Cisco networking products. A CCNP is proficient in Cisco hubs, switches, routers, and telephony product lines and has an intimate knowledge of network design and implementation.

Certified Novell Engineer (CNE)

Overseen by Novell, Inc., a Certified Novell Engineer is familiar with the Novell Netware Network Operating System. This includes fundamental knowlege of legacy IPX protocols as well as the current IP protocol. Design and usage of Netware Directory Services (NDS) is also essential. A CNE is fully versed in all workings of desktop integration products such as ZENworks, and is familiar with the networking concepts and rights management inherent to Netware.

Citrix Certified Administrator

A Citrix Certified Administrator is adept at managing the various Citrix product lines. CCA’s are skilled at determining the unique needs of large, centralized multi-user systems inherent to Citrix deployments, and at designing solutions specific to those needs.
