March 28, 2006: Joe Leger and Christian Lindmark presented “Technology in Today’s Hospital” to the British Columbian Chapter of the Canadian Healthcare Engineering Society and continue to present this helpful introduction to today’s healthcare technology requirements nationwide.

March 31, 2006: Don Kinser and Chris Paravate delivered the message “Connecting End Users to the EMR: the Last 100 Feet,” at the HIMSS Georgia March meeting.

April 6-8, 2006: Kevin Hebblethwaite served as Conference Moderator for ZweigWhite's 2006 AEC Marketing Now Summit in Orlando, Florida.
 
April 20-22, 2006: Kevin Hebblethwaite co-chaired SMPS National's Presidents' Leadership Symposium in Alexandria, Virginia.
 
April 26, 2006: Don Kinser presented “Data Center Construction and Commissioning” at the Data Center Journal Conference “The Physical Data Center” held in Chicago.

April 27, 2006: Kevin Hebblethwaite presented "Finance 101 for Marketers" at the SMPS Southeast Regional Conference in Atlanta. Kevin reports back that no marketing professionals were harmed during the session.

June 3-9, 2006: Brian Murphey, CTS, and Bethany Peeples, EIT be attended InfoComm at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL.

June 4-6, 2006: Eric Smith and Kevin Hebblethwaite attended the No Name Facilities Conference at Syracuse University. They presented a session entitled "Data Ubiquity: Unwiring the Future."

June 7-9, 2006: EDI was a platinum sponsor for the Georgia Society of Healthcare Engineers annual conference held at the Sea Palms Resort in St. Simons, GA this year.

June 9-12, 2006: Don Kinser participated in an expedition down the Selway River in northern Idaho. The remote Selway river was one of the first rivers in the United States designated as a National Wild & Scenic River by Congress in 1968.
