Federated Services Group is a subsidiary of Federated Department Stores. The project consists of a new 350,000 square foot corporate Headquarters including a 7,000 square foot data center. The data center stores and handles the flow of information for all Federated Department Stores. All point of sale information is routed in and out of this location. The center is critical to the operation of the business and the sales in stores. We provided complete programming, design and construction administration. Our scope of work also included move strategy and equipment inventory.
