EDI Welcomes Joe Leger, Kevin Hebblethwaite Atlanta, Georgia
EDI is pleased to announce two additions to the executive management team. Joseph “Joe” Leger, RCDD has joined the organization as a principal and Kevin Hebblethwaite, CPSM has been promoted to director of client development.
“With their strong backgrounds and proven expertise, both Joe and Kevin will continue to enhance the work we do for our clients,” said Don Kinser, president, EDI Ltd. “We are excited to have them on our team.”
Leger, a Registered Communications Distribution Designer, has an extensive background in planning, programming and overseeing implementation of technology systems supporting the healthcare industry including wireless, network, nurse call/code blue, security and CATV/broadband distribution. He is a graduate of Cal State University, Long Beach with a B.A. in Communications and is a member of Building Industry Consulting Service International, the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers, the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society, and the American Society for Healthcare Engineering.
Leger comes to EDI most recently from Sparling Inc., where he was also a principal and spent seven years managing several large design and technology projects. While at Sparling, Leger developed a nationally recognized healthcare technology group, authored several articles, and spoke at numerous conferences about the information technology needs of the healthcare industry. He will continue those activities at EDI.
Hebblethwaite has joined EDI’s five-member executive management team as the new director of client development. Hebblethwaite’s key responsibilities include assisting with strategic marketing initiatives, monitoring all aspects of client relationships and managing business development activities. Hebblethwaite has served as customer relationship manager with EDI for several years, where he developed new opportunities for design and consulting services in communications technology, facility security and audio-visual systems.
Hebblethwaite is a Certified Professional Services Marketer, currently serves as President of the Georgia Chapter of the Society for Marketing Professional Services, and is a member of both the Society for College and University Planning and the American Institute of Architects. A graduate of Furman University with a B.A. in Business, he speaks regularly to engineering students at colleges and universities throughout Georgia.
