As Coweta County’s population grew, its court system infrastructure needed to expand as well. EDI was called to solve the problem of sharing data between the various independent databases used and the consequent duplication of entry required.
EDI’s first step in this was to examine their business processes. This gave EDI a picture of what each department does and what it is required to do. The overview that emerged also identified bottlenecks and redundancies.
Since EDI is not affiliated with any vendor or product we were able to allow the business needs to define the solution rather than trying to force a fit of their business needs to a given product. Our solution allows them to share data while retaining their existing I.T. systems and processes
