It’s also a great time to express our sincere appreciation and thanks to you for trusting us and allowing us to work with you. We cherish our relationships with all of you and hope that you, too, enjoy a wonderful and peace-filled holiday season.

2010 has been a year of growth and transition at EDI, and we are expecting great things for 2011. We look forward to our exciting role in improving our Nation’s healthcare delivery system through better information technology during this time of great transformation and are honored to be a part of it.

We are also very pleased to announce that EDI was recently selected by eBay to design their new, state-of-the-art, modular data center in Phoenix, AZ. “Count On Us” Award

Each year EDI Associates are asked to nominate one of their co-workers for EDI’s annual “Count on Us” Award. From these nominations we select a winner that best exemplifies our Count on Us values and beliefs. We normally receive several nominations, and this year was no exception, which makes picking the one award winner difficult. However, from the many worthy candidates this year a winner emerged, and we are pleased to announce that the “Count on Us” Award winner for 2010 is Andy Parsons. Way to go Andy!

What’s Hot for 2011?

Forbes Magazine predicts that smaller vendors with specialized expertise that deliver value to customers will continue to thrive. And, no more social networking nonsense, as organizations move employees away from social sites at work.

Intriguing Lives Outside of EDI

Andy Parsons loves to play ice hockey. He started with roller hockey in middle school, and when he moved to Atlanta he started playing ice hockey in the Atlanta Amateur Hockey League (AAHL). Andy plays in two divisions. One is a competitive division in which his team just won the championship about 2 weeks ago (see photo). The other is a co-ed recreational league that he plays in with his girlfriend, Anne. According to Andy – it’s a lot of fun and keeps them in shape!
