A data center assessment was performed on this existing 3,500 sf data center. In the assessment, EDI noted several areas where the energy efficiency of the data center could be improved. After consultation, the owner elected to have remediation of the data center envelope completed. The owner is presently saving nearly $3,000 per month on its utility bills as a result of this work providing a positive return on investment in approximately 8 months.
